Effective date: 22 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Al Sane Group (the "Group", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, stores, and protects information in connection with ARSG AI (the "Service"), the Group's internal artificial-intelligence assistant platform, available to authorized users at https://chat.arsg.ai and described at https://arsg.ai. Please read this Policy carefully. By signing in to or using the Service, you acknowledge that your use is subject to this Policy and to the ARSG AI Terms of Service published at https://arsg.ai/terms.
ARSG AI is an internal workplace tool operated by the Group for its own personnel. Access is limited to employees, contractors, and other authorized personnel of the Group whose access has been approved by a platform administrator (an "Administrator"). ARSG AI is not a consumer service: there is no self-service public registration, and no one outside the Group's authorized user community is permitted to use the Service.
This Policy applies to all information collected or processed through the Service, including information generated when you sign in, submit content, or receive AI-generated responses. It supplements, and does not replace, any employment agreement, contractor agreement, or internal Group policy that applies to you. This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
We collect three broad categories of information in connection with the Service.
When your account is created, approved, or used, we collect and hold:
The core function of the Service is to accept prompts, documents, and files from you and to return AI-generated responses. In doing so, we collect and store:
This content is stored so that you can return to your conversations and files later. It is retained on Group-controlled systems as described in Sections 6 and 9.
When you access the Service, we automatically record certain technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, timestamps of activity, and security and access logs. We use this information to keep the Service secure and functioning properly.
We use the information described above to:
We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell personal information.
To generate responses, the Service transmits your prompts and any attached content, on a per-request basis, to the AI model provider selected for that conversation. Depending on the model chosen, this may be:
These providers process the submitted content in order to return a response to your request. Under the applicable API terms of Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, content submitted through their commercial APIs is not used to train their models.
Only the content associated with the specific request — not your full account or the Service's stored records — is transmitted to the selected provider for processing.
The Service supports sign-in with your Microsoft 365 work account through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on. When you use single sign-on, Microsoft processes the authentication under Microsoft's own terms, and we receive identity information associated with your work account, such as your name, work email address, and Microsoft account identifiers.
Administrators may also provision or approve username-and-password accounts. New accounts may require Administrator activation before they can be used, and Administrators may approve, suspend, or remove accounts as described in Section 8.
The Service is self-hosted on infrastructure operated and controlled by the Group. Your conversation history, uploaded files, and account records are stored on Group-controlled systems, not in a third-party software-as-a-service database.
Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, TLS encryption, content delivery, and secure tunneling between the public internet and the Group's infrastructure. Traffic between your device and the Service therefore passes through Cloudflare's network, encrypted in transit.
When your request is processed by an external AI model provider as described in Section 4, or routed through Cloudflare's network, the associated content may be transmitted to and processed on servers located outside the State of Kuwait. All such traffic is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.
The Service uses strictly necessary cookies only — that is, session and authentication cookies required to keep you signed in and to operate the Service securely. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party analytics cookies, or tracking pixels. Because the cookies we use are essential, blocking them in your browser will prevent you from signing in to the Service.
Please read this section carefully. ARSG AI is a workplace tool provided by the Group, and its contents are accessible to the Group.
Administrators are able to access, review, export, and delete accounts, conversations, and uploaded files. They may do so for security, compliance, user support, and lawful workplace-management purposes, in accordance with applicable law and internal Group policies.
You should have no expectation that content you submit to the Service is private from the Group. Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, and generated outputs may be reviewed by authorized Administrators. Please keep this in mind when deciding what to submit, and follow any internal Group guidance on the handling of confidential or sensitive information.
We retain your account information, content, and technical records while your account is active. After your account is closed, information is retained and disposed of in accordance with the Group's internal data-retention practices.
Accounts and their associated content are removed when a user leaves the Group (offboarding) or upon an approved request made to the Administrators, as described in Section 11.
We take the security of the Service seriously and apply measures appropriate to an internal enterprise system, including:
No system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. If you become aware of any suspected security issue affecting the Service, please report it promptly through the Group's internal support channels.
If you wish to access, correct, or delete information held about you on the Service — including your account details, conversations, or uploaded files — please contact your Administrator or use the Group's internal IT support channels. Requests are handled in accordance with applicable law, the Group's internal policies, and the Group's legal and operational obligations, which may require certain records to be retained.
You may also choose which AI model processes a given conversation, where the Service makes more than one model available, and you can limit what information you submit to the Service in the first place.
We may update this Policy from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, its providers, or applicable law. When we do, we will post the revised version at https://arsg.ai/privacy and update the effective date shown at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after a revised Policy takes effect constitutes your acknowledgment of the revised Policy. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
If you have questions about this Policy or about how your information is handled on the Service, please contact your Administrator or raise a request through the Group's internal IT support channels. Because ARSG AI is an internal service available only to authorized Group personnel, all privacy questions and requests are handled through these internal channels. Your use of the Service is also governed by the ARSG AI Terms of Service at https://arsg.ai/terms.
Effective date: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern access to and use of ARSG AI (the "Service"), the internal artificial-intelligence assistant platform of Al Sane Group (the "Group", "we", "us", "our"). The Service is available at https://chat.arsg.ai, and general information about it is published at https://arsg.ai. Please read these Terms carefully. By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.
The Service is an internal workplace tool. It is made available only to employees, contractors, and other personnel of the Group whose access has been approved by a platform administrator (an "Administrator"). It is not a consumer product, and there is no public or self-service registration. If you have not been authorized by an Administrator, you must not access or attempt to access the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are authorized Group personnel and that you accept these Terms. Your use of the Service is also governed by the terms of your employment or engagement with the Group and by the Group's internal policies, including its IT, information-security, confidentiality, and human-resources policies. Where these Terms and a Group internal policy address the same subject, the Group's internal policies take precedence. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service and contact your Administrator.
You sign in to the Service using your Microsoft 365 work account through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, and/or using a username and password account that has been provisioned or approved by the Administrators. New accounts may require activation by an Administrator before they can be used. When you sign in with your Microsoft work account, Microsoft processes the authentication under Microsoft's own terms and policies.
You are responsible for the security of your account. In particular, you must:
You may use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes connected with your work for the Group. When using the Service you must not:
Use of the Service must at all times comply with the Group's internal policies, which apply in addition to, and take precedence over, these Terms.
Responses produced by the Service are generated by artificial-intelligence models. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or otherwise unreliable, and may not reflect the Group's views. You must exercise your own professional judgment and verify outputs before relying on them, particularly before using them in business decisions, communications, or deliverables.
Outputs are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, tax, medical, or engineering advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use, share, and act upon any output generated through your account.
The Service is a Group business system hosted on infrastructure operated and controlled by the Group. Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, and generated outputs that you submit to or receive from the Service remain subject to the confidentiality obligations you owe to the Group under your employment or engagement and under Group policy.
Administrators can access, review, export, and delete accounts, conversations, and uploaded files for security, compliance, support, and lawful workplace-management purposes. Accordingly, you should have no expectation that content you submit to the Service is private from the Group. How personal data and content are collected, used, retained, and deleted is described in our Privacy Policy at https://arsg.ai/privacy, which forms part of the framework governing your use of the Service and which we encourage you to read.
The Service, including its software platform, configuration, and the "ARSG AI" name, branding, and associated visual identity, is owned by the Group or its licensors. These Terms grant you only the right to use the Service for Group business as an authorized user; they transfer no ownership and grant no other license.
You remain responsible for the content you submit to the Service, including ensuring that you have the right to upload and use it. To the extent the Group holds rights in outputs generated through the Service, those outputs are made available to you for use in the course of the Group's business, subject to these Terms and to Group policy. Content created or received in the course of your work for the Group is handled in accordance with your terms of employment or engagement and applicable Group policies.
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, each of which acts under its own terms:
We select and manage these providers, but their services are governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis as an internal workplace tool. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we give no uptime commitment. We may modify the Service at any time — including adding, changing, or removing features or the AI models made available through it — and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including where: your employment or engagement with the Group ends or is ending (offboarding); we believe your account or use of the Service presents a security, legal, or compliance risk; you breach these Terms or Group policy; or an Administrator otherwise determines that suspension or termination is appropriate.
On termination of your access, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your account, conversations, and uploaded files are handled in accordance with the Group's internal data-retention practices and the Privacy Policy at https://arsg.ai/privacy, and are removed on offboarding or on an approved request made to the Administrators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all outputs generated through it are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of profits, business, or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any output generated through it, or your reliance on any such output. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you have under applicable law or under your terms of employment or engagement that cannot lawfully be limited.
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to the third-party providers we use, or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at https://arsg.ai/terms with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, we may also notify users through the Service or through the Group's internal communication channels. Your continued use of the Service after an updated version takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and contact your Administrator.
If you have questions about these Terms, about your account, or about the Service — including requests relating to your account, conversations, or uploaded files — please contact your Administrator or raise a request through the Group's internal IT support channels.
