Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Service (these "Terms") govern access to and use of ARSG AI (the "Service"), the internal artificial-intelligence assistant platform of Al Sane Group (the "Group", "we", "us", "our"). The Service is available at https://chat.arsg.ai, and general information about it is published at https://arsg.ai. Please read these Terms carefully. By signing in to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by them.
1. Acceptance and Who May Use the Service
The Service is an internal workplace tool. It is made available only to employees, contractors, and other personnel of the Group whose access has been approved by a platform administrator (an "Administrator"). It is not a consumer product, and there is no public or self-service registration. If you have not been authorized by an Administrator, you must not access or attempt to access the Service.
By accessing or using the Service you confirm that you are authorized Group personnel and that you accept these Terms. Your use of the Service is also governed by the terms of your employment or engagement with the Group and by the Group's internal policies, including its IT, information-security, confidentiality, and human-resources policies. Where these Terms and a Group internal policy address the same subject, the Group's internal policies take precedence. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service and contact your Administrator.
2. Accounts and Sign-In
You sign in to the Service using your Microsoft 365 work account through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, and/or using a username and password account that has been provisioned or approved by the Administrators. New accounts may require activation by an Administrator before they can be used. When you sign in with your Microsoft work account, Microsoft processes the authentication under Microsoft's own terms and policies.
You are responsible for the security of your account. In particular, you must:
- keep your sign-in credentials confidential and never share them with anyone, inside or outside the Group;
- use only your own account and never access, or attempt to access, another person's account;
- promptly notify your Administrator or the Group's internal IT support channels if you suspect your credentials have been compromised or your account has been used without your authorization; and
- accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account, except where that activity results from a failure that is not attributable to you.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use the Service only for lawful, professional purposes connected with your work for the Group. When using the Service you must not:
- attempt to breach, probe, disable, or circumvent the security of the Service or of any system connected to it, or access any part of the Service, any data, or any account that you are not authorized to access;
- exceed the scope of the access you have been granted, or attempt to escalate your privileges;
- submit, generate, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, discriminatory, or otherwise abusive;
- infringe the intellectual-property, confidentiality, or other rights of any third party, including by uploading material you do not have the right to use;
- use the Service to mislead others, including by presenting AI-generated content as human-authored where that would be deceptive;
- interfere with the operation of the Service or impose an unreasonable load on its infrastructure; or
- use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or Group policy.
Use of the Service must at all times comply with the Group's internal policies, which apply in addition to, and take precedence over, these Terms.
4. AI-Generated Content
Responses produced by the Service are generated by artificial-intelligence models. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or otherwise unreliable, and may not reflect the Group's views. You must exercise your own professional judgment and verify outputs before relying on them, particularly before using them in business decisions, communications, or deliverables.
Outputs are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind, including legal, financial, tax, medical, or engineering advice, and must not be treated as a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You are responsible for how you use, share, and act upon any output generated through your account.
5. Confidentiality and Group Data
The Service is a Group business system hosted on infrastructure operated and controlled by the Group. Prompts, conversations, uploaded files, and generated outputs that you submit to or receive from the Service remain subject to the confidentiality obligations you owe to the Group under your employment or engagement and under Group policy.
Administrators can access, review, export, and delete accounts, conversations, and uploaded files for security, compliance, support, and lawful workplace-management purposes. Accordingly, you should have no expectation that content you submit to the Service is private from the Group. How personal data and content are collected, used, retained, and deleted is described in our Privacy Policy at https://arsg.ai/privacy, which forms part of the framework governing your use of the Service and which we encourage you to read.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its software platform, configuration, and the "ARSG AI" name, branding, and associated visual identity, is owned by the Group or its licensors. These Terms grant you only the right to use the Service for Group business as an authorized user; they transfer no ownership and grant no other license.
You remain responsible for the content you submit to the Service, including ensuring that you have the right to upload and use it. To the extent the Group holds rights in outputs generated through the Service, those outputs are made available to you for use in the course of the Group's business, subject to these Terms and to Group policy. Content created or received in the course of your work for the Group is handled in accordance with your terms of employment or engagement and applicable Group policies.
7. Third-Party Services
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate, each of which acts under its own terms:
- AI model providers. When you submit a prompt or attached content, it is transmitted, on a per-request basis, to the AI model provider selected for that conversation — Anthropic (Claude models), OpenAI, or Google (Gemini models) via their commercial APIs — or to internal Group-hosted applications built on the Dify platform, which run on infrastructure operated by the Group. Under the applicable API terms of Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google, content submitted through their commercial APIs is not used to train their models.
- Microsoft. Microsoft processes authentication under its own terms when you sign in with your Microsoft 365 work account through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Cloudflare. Cloudflare, Inc. provides DNS, TLS encryption, content delivery, and secure tunneling between the public internet and Group infrastructure. All traffic to and from the Service is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
We select and manage these providers, but their services are governed by their own terms and policies, which we do not control.
8. Availability and Changes to the Service
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis as an internal workplace tool. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at any particular time, and we give no uptime commitment. We may modify the Service at any time — including adding, changing, or removing features or the AI models made available through it — and we may suspend or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice, including for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including where: your employment or engagement with the Group ends or is ending (offboarding); we believe your account or use of the Service presents a security, legal, or compliance risk; you breach these Terms or Group policy; or an Administrator otherwise determines that suspension or termination is appropriate.
On termination of your access, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your account, conversations, and uploaded files are handled in accordance with the Group's internal data-retention practices and the Privacy Policy at https://arsg.ai/privacy, and are removed on offboarding or on an approved request made to the Administrators.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service and all outputs generated through it are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Group will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage — including loss of profits, business, or data — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any output generated through it, or your reliance on any such output. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, and nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you have under applicable law or under your terms of employment or engagement that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing Law
These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes to the Service, to the third-party providers we use, or to applicable law. The current version will always be published at https://arsg.ai/terms with an updated effective date. Where a change is material, we may also notify users through the Service or through the Group's internal communication channels. Your continued use of the Service after an updated version takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, stop using the Service and contact your Administrator.
13. Contact
If you have questions about these Terms, about your account, or about the Service — including requests relating to your account, conversations, or uploaded files — please contact your Administrator or raise a request through the Group's internal IT support channels.
